Disley is a village in the county of Cheshire, in the north west of England, in the Goyt Valley, very or so a county boundary by using Derbyshire at New Mills, and south of Stockport, Greater Manchester. History
Its Anglo-Saxon title was Dystiglegh meaning "windy settlement".
